Say YES! COVID Test

lacebladePeople living in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Washington are eligible to receive free, at-home rapid COVID-19 test kits through a program called Say YES! COVID Test.
So far, I have been able to order these on a monthly basis. Only "certain communities" qualify, basically those with a high-level of circulation of the virus. Mine (in downtown Madison) has consistently been eligible.
I suspect that the availability will end after the public health emergency "ends" on May 11th [or shortly thereafter once their stock is subsequently exhausted] but they have not stated this explicitly on the website. You can find their FAQ here.
